Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of en.lara.etadvisory.com (the "Site"), operated by Kyson Info Solutions Private Limited ("Kyson"), a member of ET Group. By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Not legal advice

The content of the Site — including product descriptions, use-case narratives, blog posts, the guidebook, and any other material — is provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal advice. The Lara product itself is a contract-review tool designed to be operated by, or under the supervision of, qualified reviewers. Access to the Site does not create a lawyer-client or advisor-client relationship.

Local practice-of-law rules apply. In particular: in Japan, only qualified attorneys (弁護士) may provide legal services falling within the scope of Article 72 of the Attorney Act. In India, only advocates enrolled under the Advocates Act may practise law. The Lara product is designed to comply with these boundaries. For legal advice, please consult a qualified professional.

2. Use of the Site

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation or security.
• Use automated means to extract data from the Site at a scale that materially degrades service.
• Misrepresent your identity when submitting a form.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, imagery, logos, product diagrams, guidebook material — is owned by ET Group or Kyson (or licensed to us) and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may share links to individual pages. You may not reproduce or redistribute Site content commercially without prior written consent.

The Lara name and mark, together with the ET Group and Kyson names and marks, are proprietary. Reference to third-party names or marks (e.g. DPDP, APPI, GDPR, MNTSQ, LegalForce) is factual and does not imply endorsement.

4. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites for informational purposes. We do not control and are not responsible for the content of those sites.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ET Group and Kyson (and their respective directors, employees, and affiliates) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your access to or use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use of the Site after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
